As a 63-year-old getting my very first tattoo, I’ll admit I was pretty nervous walking in — but Cesar (CJ) immediately put me at ease. The shop has a genuinely client-friendly culture, and you can feel right away that they take pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable environment. CJ was fantastic from start to finish. He was calm, patient, and incredibly accommodating. He explained the entire process in detail — every step, every sensation, and everything I could do to stay comfortable and minimize any discomfort. "I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Devin took great care of me from start to finish. I sent him my ideas, and not only did he go above and beyond, he made the design even better than what I had in mind. He kept me updated throughout the process and was very patient with me even when I asked him to swap the colors around several times. He made sure we were both happy with the final look. He’s very light-handed, and I had almost zero pain even after eight hours. He was extremely clean, had amazing attention to detail, and really took his time.
